Our sales off-plan are now progressing well and we can tell you that:
- 14 of the homes (numbered35 – 48) will be for sale at 80% of market value (most of these have already been allocated to members)
- 26 will be for social rent through our partner housing association and
- 13 will be for sale through Help To Buy South from 25% – 75% of market value.
We have not yet established which are the HtB homes but as soon as we know we will flag this up. February 2020
