Bridport Cohousing is a membership organisation and, in joining, members buy at least one share (but more typically ten shares) in Bridport Cohousing Limited. We have two types of members: Active Members and Investor Members.
Active members are those who pay a monthly subscription, participate in the day-to-day running of Bridport Cohousing, and have an opportunity to become residents at Hazelmead.
Investor members are those who support our development by investing in Bridport Cohousing, such as through a community share offer. Investor members can attend and vote at our AGM but are otherwise not involved in the day-to-day running of the society.
To be able to live in Hazelmead you need to first become a member of Bridport Cohousing.
