Site tours of Hazelmead

TOURS BEGIN AGAIN

Given the wonderful publicity that Hazelmead has gained as a result of winning awards both for its architecture and for the collaboration between Barefoot Architects and Bridport Cohousing, we are getting even more requests to visit the site.

Tour details: 

The tour runs from 2.00 – 4.00 pm approx, beginning with an introductory chat after which the group will be shown round the site paying particular attention to specific key features of living here; and then shown around a couple of BC homes. 
Following a brief talk about our project, tea and cake will be served, either in a home (or the Common House when it’s ready for public access), with the opportunity for further questions and answers.
Visitors are invited to make a voluntary donation toward our Tour expenses, suggested £5.

We currently put a limit to the numbers on our tours, because most of our homes are not large; and we are mindful of the needs of other residents.

On arrival we will meet near the entrance. Those in a car will be guided to a parking space.

Tours are currently held on the 4th Saturday of every month (but not in December)

The next tours will be on 24th October and 28th November
